📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage data center operations, including power, cooling, and security systems.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Implement and maintain data center policies and procedures, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to data center equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software solutions.
• Monitor and analyze data center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on infrastructure management.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Data+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of data center design, implementation, and management principles.
• Proficient in using data center management software such as Raritan, Vertiv, or Liebert.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus.
