🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR management and labor laws is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
