📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software to plan, track, and report on project progress.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best value for the project.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Centralised Cooling Systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software.
