PT Sumber Jaya Selamanya, a leading company in the Retail & Consumer Products sector, is urgently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & General Affairs (HRGA) Staff to join our dynamic team in Malang, Jawa Timur.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while also handling general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

With a focus on fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, you will play a crucial role in helping our team thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation.
• Maintain and update HR records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR activities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis for HR metrics.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or General Affairs roles in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Previous experience in the Retail & Consumer Products industry is a plus.
