📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the company.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.,Foster a positive employer brand and promote the company as an attractive place to work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS and social media platforms.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
