📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc regulatory reports to Bank Indonesia and other financial institutions.
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to the team on compliance matters.
• Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify potential compliance issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial compliance, regulatory reporting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and banking laws.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other financial reporting tools.
• Certification in financial compliance or regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
