Stripe is looking for a talented Payments Fraud Investigator to join our team in Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and investigating fraudulent activities in our payment processing system. Your work will help protect our customers and ensure the integrity of our platform.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and analyze payment transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Investigate and report suspected fraud cases, including gathering evidence and collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Develop and implement fraud detection rules and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fraud trends and techniques.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members on fraud detection and prevention.
  • Work closely with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our fraud detection and prevention systems.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in fraud investigation or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of payment systems and fraud detection tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
