📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create detailed job descriptions.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
