📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual, group, and family counseling to students to address emotional, social, and behavioral issues.,Develop and implement counseling programs and activities that promote student well-being and academic success.,Assess and monitor students' social, emotional, and behavioral development to identify areas for intervention and support.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in school counseling and attend professional development workshops and conferences.,Promote a positive school culture and climate that values diversity, inclusion, and respect for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in school counseling, preferably in an international school setting.,Strong knowledge of child development and psychology principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid teaching or counseling certification or license, if applicable.,Experience working in a multicultural or international school environment is a plus.
