📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing new software and hardware solutions.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect company data.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security measures.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
