📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides for our products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information.,Edit and proofread technical content to maintain high standards of quality.,Develop and implement a technical writing style guide for consistency across all documents.,Assist in the creation of training materials and resources for our customers and employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing technical documentation.,Support the marketing team in creating product brochures and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.,Experience with technical documentation tools and software is a plus.,Familiarity with technical topics and industries is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
