Warung Fajar Health Center is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and creating memorable dining experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing banquet events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our health center.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate banquet events from start to finish,Ensure the banquet area is clean, organized, and ready for events,Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences,Work with the kitchen staff to prepare and serve food and beverages,Maintain accurate records of banquet sales and expenses,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Promote our banquet services and attract new customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet or catering services,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards,Knowledge of health and safety regulations,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
