In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential distributed PV projects across Bali and Southeast Asia, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our investors and partners.

As the Head of Distributed PV Investment for Private Advertiser, you will work closely with our team of experts to develop and implement innovative strategies that optimize project performance, mitigate risks, and maximize returns. With a strong background in renewable energy, a proven track record in distributed PV investments, and a deep understanding of Bali’s unique market dynamics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable energy in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of high-potential distributed PV projects across Bali and Southeast Asia.
• Develop and implement strategic investment plans to maximize returns and minimize risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project developers, financiers, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of distributed PV projects.
• Represent Private Advertiser at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in distributed PV investments or renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential distributed PV projects.
• Deep understanding of Bali’s distributed PV market, including regulatory frameworks, project development processes, and key players.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Certification in renewable energy or a related field is a plus.
