📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR issues and concerns.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.,Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
