📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Coordinate with staff to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Train and mentor junior store staff to ensure high performance standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
