📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Assist in the training and education of new healthcare staff.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the coordination of patient discharge and transfer to other healthcare facilities.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
