📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.,Assist with vehicle maintenance and repairs, providing guidance and support to clients.,Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both in the clinic and at the customer's location.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Stay updated with the latest automotive trends and technologies to provide informed advice to clients.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with basic automotive knowledge and tools is a plus.
