📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.,Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure consistent performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with sales CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
