📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Identify and target potential customers and clients through various marketing channels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure our sales and marketing efforts are effective.,Conduct market research to gather insights and inform our sales and marketing strategies.,Manage and track sales performance and KPIs to ensure targets are met.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and closing skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
