📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the installation of solar and BESS systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify the best locations for solar and BESS installations.,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.,Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers and technicians.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the solar and BESS industries, and apply this knowledge to your work.,Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress reports to clients and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar and BESS industry, with a strong focus on technical aspects.,Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.,Strong knowledge of solar and BESS technologies, including PV systems, inverters, batteries, and energy storage systems.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as IEC, IEEE, and local Indonesian regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with clients.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
