📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for acquisition,Negotiate lease agreements and site acquisition terms,Manage the site acquisition process from start to finish,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth site transitions,Monitor site performance and address any issues that arise,Maintain accurate records of all site acquisition activities,Build and maintain relationships with site owners and stakeholders,Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field,Minimum 5 years of experience in site acquisition,Strong negotiation and communication skills,Proven track record of successful site acquisitions,Familiarity with Indonesian real estate laws and regulations,Excellent organizational and project management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in both English and Indonesian
