We are seeking a dedicated and organized Membership & Transfers Coordinator to join our team at Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas, Inc. in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in managing our membership database and facilitating player transfers within the basketball federation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a strong administrative background.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the membership database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Process and manage player transfers, including documentation and approvals.,Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clubs, players, and other federation departments.,Assist in organizing and conducting membership drives and promotional events.,Handle administrative tasks related to membership renewals and fee collections.,Provide excellent customer service to members and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external use.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the federation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably in the sports industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sports federation operations and processes is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Filipino.
