Join Pamadya Analytica Technology as the Department Head of Provider Relations and lead our mission to strengthen and expand Meditap's hospital provider network. In this strategic role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of key relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers across Indonesia. Based in Karawaci, Banten, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing the value of our partnerships.

As the Department Head of Provider Relations, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our hospital provider network. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders to build strong, long-term relationships. Your daily tasks will include managing relationships with over 100 hospitals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will also be involved in strategic planning, market analysis, and performance evaluation to continuously improve our provider network.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and maintenance of key relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers across Indonesia.
• Manage relationships with over 100 hospitals, including contract negotiations and compliance with industry regulations.
• Drive the growth of our hospital provider network through strategic planning and market analysis.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders to build strong, long-term relationships.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between Meditap and our hospital partners, maximizing the value of our partnerships.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve the quality of our provider network.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our provider relations strategies.
• Represent Meditap at industry events and conferences to strengthen our brand presence and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare provider relations, preferably in the Indonesian market.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing hospital provider networks.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic planning and market analysis skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
