Internship - HR, Communications, and Customer Care

In this internship, you will have the chance to work closely with our HR team, assisting with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and HR administration. You will also support our communications team in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content. Additionally, you will be part of our customer care team, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process by supporting the HR team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Help with employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and documentation.
• Support the communications team in developing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and creating content.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to our clients.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
• Provide administrative support to the HR, communications, and customer care teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
• Available for a full-time internship duration of 3-6 months.
