📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the optimization and sustainability of mining assets, ensuring they meet global standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage large-scale mining operations, including safety, compliance, and environmental impact assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative technologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of mining experts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to drive strategic decision-making.
- Report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining projects.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in using mining software such as Vulcan, Surpac, and MineSight.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
