📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the national curriculum and our child-centered approach.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assist in assessing and documenting children’s progress, using tools like observation, play-based learning, and formal assessments.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a seamless transition between home and school, fostering open communication.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, incorporating new ideas into your teaching methods.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a secure and healthy environment for all children.
• Promote positive behavior and discipline, creating a supportive and respectful classroom atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum for early childhood education.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPB, CPBT) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire young learners.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
