📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead environmental compliance and ISO management systems to ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct environmental audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential environmental risks.
• Develop and implement waste reduction initiatives to minimize environmental impact.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sustainability programs and environmental management systems.
• Provide environmental training and awareness programs for employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business processes.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated with environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, HSSE, or a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Certification in ISO 14001 or other relevant environmental management systems.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards applicable to the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP EHS, QHSE Manager, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
