📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Acquire new merchants by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and initiating contact.
• Present and demonstrate our EDC solutions to potential merchants, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Onboard new merchants, providing training and support to ensure they are fully equipped to use our EDC systems.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular feedback and support to address any issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve merchant satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive merchant acquisition and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the fintech and merchant services sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
• Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital payment solutions and EDC systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
