📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality materials.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.Ensure that all suppliers meet our sustainability and environmental standards.Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.Participate in cross-functional teams to support the achievement of company goals.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation skills, and supplier relationship management.Proficient in using procurement software and familiar with ERP systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.🛠️ Keahlian
