As a Database Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our database infrastructure, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL databases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and performance, while also implementing robust backup and recovery strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL database systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies to protect against data loss.
• Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize database solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT teams on database-related issues.
• Participate in database upgrade and migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging database technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to the database infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in database administration and management.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL databases, including their architecture, performance tuning, and security features.
• Experience with database backup and recovery strategies, including point-in-time recovery and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with database monitoring tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL Server Management Studio, and MySQL Workbench.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or MySQL Certified DBA are a plus.
